At Pera Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If your new travel gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, protective films, and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
